through your system menu and a service technician will call you back and help you
make any necessary adjustments.
In the office
With your permission, our technicians can view and adjust settings, look
at your field terrain and base station location, install software upgrades and,
ultimately, diagnose and repair 90% of problems. Anything that can be done
by pressing the buttons on the system, can be done remotely using Leica Virtual
Wrench™.
