A Scientific datalogger is at the center of our rugged, reliable data acquisition
systems. Our dataloggers:
- Measure almost any sensor
- Operate over a wide temperature range
- Perform reliably under adverse field conditions
- Operate independently of AC power, computers, and human interaction
- Program easily using our PC support software or keyboard/display
- Interface with radio, telephone, cell phone, short haul, and
multidrop modems, and satellite transmitters
- Perform measurement and control functions based on time or
event
- Provide non-volatile data storage and on-board battery-backed
clock (excludes CR7)
- Operate from a variety of 12 Vdc sources
- Consume minimal power
- Expand channel capacity by adding our multiplexers and SDMs
(excludes CR200-series and CR510)

CR200X Datalogger Series
The CR200X-series dataloggers replaced the CR200-series dataloggers in December
2009. Th e CR200X-series datalogger allows 128 public variables instead of 48 and
allows eight tables instead of four. Th e compiled CRBasic program of a CR200X-series
datalogger can be two times larger than the compiled CRBasic program of a CR200-series
datalogger. For the CR200X series, all supported CRBasic instructions are in a single
operating system version.

CR800 Datalogger
The CR800 is the ideal datalogger for applications where only a few sensors will
be measured, providing precise measurement capabilities in a rugged, battery-operated
package.

CR850 Datalogger
The CR850 datalogger is similar to the CR800 datalogger, except it has a keyboard
display as part of its integrated package. The CR850 provides a lower cost alternative
for measurements of a limited number of sensors, yet can be used with most of our
telecommunication devices such as cellular telephones, RF UHF/VHF RF modems, and
satellite transceivers.

CR1000 Measurement and Control System
The CR1000-series dataloggers follow in the tradition of the CR10 and CR10X. They
support a variety of functions and larger numbers of sensors than the CR200 and
CR510 series. The CR1000-series is a compact, modular line of dataloggers with a
measurement and control module, external power supply, and keyboard display. Their
power consumption and packaging are optimized for unattended network applications.
