Sensors and Supporting Hardware
Each sensor is provided with a user manual which outlines example programs for Campbell
Scientific dataloggers. The manuals also include wiring diagrams and sensor maintenance
information. Additional hardware required to mount certain sensors is also included
in the links above.
Due to the incredible flexibility of our dataloggers, it is possible to interface
a wide variety of sensors which measure parameters not listed above. If the parameter
you wish to measure with a Campbell Scientific datalogger is not in the list above,
please contact our office to discuss your measurement requirements.

Software
PalmTM and Pocket PC Devices
The size and cost of PDAs make them a popular tool to use in the field to communicate
with our dataloggers. PConnect and PConnectCE Software offer easy methods of using
your PDA to interactively communicate with your datalogger. The software supports
functions such as transfer of data and programs, display of real-time data, and
graphing of datalogger data in a simple, intuitive fashion. While our PDA software
does not support all of the functions of LoggerNet or PC9000, they can be helpful
tools to keep in your Campbell tool box.
Power Supplies
data acquisition systems are powered by reliable, inexpensive 12 Vdc sources. Power
consumption by our dataloggers, peripherals, and sensors is minimal, allowing extended
operation from our standard sealed rechargeable battery or set of alkaline cells.
